Account Terms & Conditions
Throughout this Account Terms & Conditions notice:
(1) “You”, and related words such as “Your” and “Yours”, refer to the Customer or User of Countrywide Cellular and/or its Web Site, CountrywideCellular.com.
(2) “We”, and related words such as “Us”, “Our” and “Ours”, refer to Countrywide Cellular and, if applicable, to any of its affiliates.

A full refund of your first pre-payment amount will be provided on the day of activation only if your phone does not activate. No refunds are given in the case of you canceling your service for any other reason. The activation fee for each ported in number is $19.99. Porting in a number typically take 2-6 hours on a regular business day.If the number being ported is on the verizon network typicaly 1 hour. No porting will be done holidays. Porting requires providing us with the name on the account, the address where it is billed to, the account number, your phone number you want ported, any pass codes that might be on the account (very important, if your not sure, call your carrier and find out) and the name of the existing carrier. Ports can be done on land lines!!!!! ($39.99 Fee) Ports can not be done on wireless lines that are not currently active. If you port out a number from a carrier, it is possible for the carrier to port the number back if you don't pay your bill and very likely when porting from Verizon. Your cell phone services must be paid in advance of service being provided. The term "month" means 30 days. Therefore, you may have to pre-pay your account on the 1st of the month, and again on the 31st day of the same month to renew your service for another month and avoid interruption. The Unlimited Service is for Person to Person communication by calling or texting only. Picture messaging is strictly dependent on your phone device and is not included in the plan (For example, picture messaging on Verizon camera phones but will automatically turn off somewhere between 300 - 500 pictures per month depending on the size of the picture - and will be refreshed as soon as you prepay your next 30 days.). Adding money to your account is not "live". It may take up to two hours (typically less then 15 minutes) during business hours to replenish your account. We suggest you replenish (if/as necessary for the payment of services that are not included in the prepayment amount) before your phone turns off. Normal business hours are Monday - Saturday 11am am to 11pm EST. All Fees and Prices subject to change on a monthly basis.

As a customer of CountrywideCellular.com you have the option of moving from one network to another without charge! I.E., say for instance you are using an AT&T iPhone on the AT&T network via an H2O sim and decide you would like to use Sprint's network. We would port your # from your H2O sim card to your new Boostmobile/Virgin mobile phone without a port fee. Here is a quick list of our cellular reseller list:

Sprint/Verizon/U.S.Cellular/Nextel/At&T/T-Mobile/BestDealMobile does not resell a single network such as Boost Mobile reselling Sprint, and this way we can continue to offer variety, excellent customer service and ease of transition.

Warranties

We do not manufacture our Devices. The only warranties applicable to our Devices are those extended by the manufacturers. We have no liability, therefore, in connection with Devices or for manufacturers’ acts or omissions.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER OR ANY SOFTWARE USED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WARRANTY OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE, QUALITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, PERFORMANCE OR ACCURACY. We expressly disclaim any and all implied warranties. WE DO NOT PROMISE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE AND DO NOT AUTHORIZE ANYONE TO MAKE WARRANTIES ON OUR BEHALF.

Indemnification

In using our service you agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, from any and all liabilities, settlements, penalties, claims, causes of action and demands brought by third parties (including any costs, expenses or attorneys’ fees on account thereof) resulting from your use of our products and services, or use of our products and services by another person who uses your mobile phone and/or our products or services, whether based in contract or tort (including strict liability) and regardless of the form of action.
